HAPPENING AT OUR LAST MEETING
Date: 25th. July 2008 Meeting no: 25/08
Meeting commenced: 0800pm
Meeting adjourned: 1000 pm
President’s Announcement : District and RI dues still outstanding for RCKB. Payment to be made using credit card, the card owner to be reimbursed immediately. Meeting attendance was noted as very poor lately. Feedbacks on Installtion was discussed. All claim to be reimbursed when financial situation permit.
Directors Report: IPP Shah presented report on Installation dinner account and Riang Ria bersama mu project carried out during 07-08 period. Amount outstanding to be reconciled withTreasurer. Several members have had to settled the refreshment bill to Selesa Inn. Treasurer to reimburce the amout asap.
