RCKB DONATING RICE.

Rotary Club of Kampung Baharu pledged 1/2 year supply of rice to Persatuan Anak Anak Yatim dan Ibu Tunggal Taman Medan. To day the 1st installment of rice being delivered to the Persatuan which is located at No.9, Lorong PJS 2C/11CTaman Medan,46000,Petaling Jaya. The supply being delivered on monthly basis to ensure their freshness and minimise storage constraint .RID3300 AG Johnson Pang was at hand to assist with the delivery which was received by Puan Hajjah Kamariah who is the founder of the Association.

INDUCTION OF NEW ROTARIANS

Rotary Club Kampung Baharu inducted two new members during their  weekly meeting on Wednesday, 26^th Jan 2011. Welcome Rotarian Sam and Rotarian Rosilah to RID33000. The presence of AG Johnson Pang make the occasion a memorable one. The venue for the meeting was shifted to 36^th floor, UNIKL Tower from the normal, Kelab Sultan Sulaiman for the special occasion. The new Rotarian was a great make up for the several Rotarian which the club lost recently.

WHEEL CHAIR DONATION.

Rotary Club Kampung Baharu donated 4 wheel chairs to Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Enam, Bandar Baru Bangi this morning Monday 10th. Jan 2011 in a simple ceremony during the school morning assembly. The wheel chairs donated will become handy addition to the only wheel chair pool the school owned. The school is looked after  more than 100 OKU children being the only facility available in Bandar Baru Bangi.l It has more than 1200 student doing the normal curriculum.The additional wheel chairs will greatly assist the movement of the ‘OKU’ children within the school compound.
